All withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours during their regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monay thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.
You may place your withdrawal request at the casino cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as the system does not process several withdrawal requests.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is $20.00 and the maximum that can be requested on monthly basis is $5,000.00. Payments above $5,000 will be paid out via installments not exceeding $5,000 per month in accordance to casino policies.
For example, a $11,500 winner will be paid $5,000 in the first month, $5,000 in month two and $1,500 in the third month.
For security reasons and casino policies withdrawal methods cannot be combined and only one withdrawal will be processed at the same time. If you have a withdrawal pending and want to cash out more winnings, please cancel the withdrawal and request it again for a higher amount. Their 24/7 customer service will gladly assist you on how to proceed in order to cancel a withdtawal request and place a new one for a higher or a lower amount.

Vegas Magic requires that all their customers have a Fax Back form on file or to get certified before they can start processing your withdrawals. NETeller withdrawals are currently the only withdrawal option available to all their customers. There is no fee associated with NETeller withdrawals. You can request any amount above $20. If you do not have a NETeller account, you can easily open one at www.neteller.com so that they can send your winnings by NETeller. Due to banking restrictions, NETeller withdrawals can be processed to a maximum of $2,500 per week yet no more than $5,000.00 per month. NETeller withdrawals take from 48 up to 72 business hours to be processed yet this time frame could be shorter as long as you have a VIP status as a player at Vegas Magic.




OVERNIGHT EXPRESS CHECKS
It is important to mention that they are temporarily not processing Overnight Express withdrawal requests. The minimum amount is for $50. The maximum you can cashout through Overnight Express is $999. The first overnight Express of the month is free; the other ones are charged $40 each. After requesting a withdrawal it will take from 3 to 5 business days to be approved by management and normally from 3 to 10 business days to receive your check once the request has been approved by management. Vegas Magic Casino will be sending the check to the address on file. A complete Fax back form with all information is required to process any withdrawal by Overnight Express check.

WIRE TRANSFER
It is important to mention that they are temporarily not processing Wire transfers withdrawal requests.The minimum amount you can request using this method is $1,000. Monthly maximum limits of $5,000 apply. A wire transfer takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to be processed and from 2 to 10 business days for the funds to show up in your bank account after the request has been approved by management. There is no charge for this withdrawal. A complete Fax back form with all this banking information specified is required to process your withdrawal by Wire Transfer.
